Everyone who loves Middle Eastern cuisine cannot resist Hummus. Hummus comes as an ochre-coloured paste that is made up of chickpeas and tahini. a sauce made from roasted sesame seeds, popular to the region and the perfect spread pn toasted bread or alternative to vinaigrette.
Today we present a variation of the classic hummus chickpea, ideal for those who like to give a spice to their day! Here is the Hummus with Chilli!
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 150g cooked black beans
- 25g of Tahini
- ½ lime (juice)
- 1 clove garlic
- salt to taste
- 25g of extra virgin olive oil
- sesame and paprika to taste
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 gram fresh coriander
- dried chilli
Put everything into a blender and add some dried chilli, finely chopped, to tickle your taste buds with a spicy touch (but don’t overdo it!) It’s easy, fast and very tasty!
