How to make Chicken Nuggets with Sesame
To prepare this recipe from sesame seeds we suggest also adding the fantastic taste of paprika. The crispness of the sesame seeds combine perfectly with the smoky flavour of paprika, giving the dish a more intense flavour than the classical breading. Serve alongside a simple side salad and you're ready to enjoy a delicious and healthy dinner!
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 600 grams of chicken breast
- Sesame seeds to taste
- Smoked Paprika
- 2 eggs
- 8 tablespoons flour
- 8 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
To start, set the flour aside in a plate, beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add a pinch of salt. Once this is mixed add the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, mix everything with paprika and then mix it all together again.
Once you have done this, it’s time to deal with the chicken. Cut the chicken slices into strips. Press the strips into the flour and remove the excess flour with a sieve. Once this is done, mix the chicken strips with the beaten egg and the breadcrumbs, sesame and paprika mix.
To prepare a pan: pour the olive oil in and warm until very hot. When the pan is ready, cook the chicken strips in the oil and lightly fry them. Once finished, eliminate the excess oil using a sheet of absorbent paper and add extra salt if necessary. Now your chicken nuggets with sesame and paprika are ready to be enjoyed!
