Recipe: Salad with quinoa and tofu

This refreshing salad is the best option for dealing with exhaustion and tiredness! Using quinoa and tofu, two extraordinary ingredients for those who are trying to lose weight and get fit, you will be able to enjoy plenty of all the nutrients you need to get fit this summer!


  • 100 grams of quinoa
  • 100 grams of tofu
  • Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons corn 
  • Arugula fresh
  • Olive 
  • Soy sauce to flavour

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking: 15 minutes 

Difficulty: Easy 


Start by preparing the quinoa. Wash it thoroughly in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Once ready, add a little extra virgin olive oil and leave to cool. 

Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes and add to the prepared quinoa. To give a special touch to your salad you may want to add some corn or a spoonful of finely chopped fresh arugula, or some black olives cut into rounds if you prefer. 

To flavour, the best choice is a vinaigrette. Add the sesame seeds with soy sauce, this combination will make your salad even tastier!
