At Nutrition Slimming, we are all about delivering customer satisfaction and if you are not 100% happy or want to return our products, here’s how you can do it.

How do I return my order?

You can return our products within 30 days from the date of delivery provided the packaging is intact and unopened. We can only accept opened items if they are damaged. If the products are returned in their original condition, you will get a full refund. All you pay for is the nominal cost of postage . You may return our products to the following address:

Flawed Product

In the event that the purchased goods were faulty, flawed or damaged, please report the damage to our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery so that a return can be arranged. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. Once we receive it, we will either send a new package or provide a refund depending on your preference.

Incomplete or wrong order

If you find that something is missing from your order or you receive a different product to the one you chose, Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem and send you the right products immediately.

How do I know if you received the products that I returned?

Once your parcel reaches us, you will receive an email confirmation. If it’s a return request and all the conditions for returns are met, you will be provided a refund. If you were sent the wrong products, we will proceed to ship out the correct order immediately.

How and when will I receive a refund?

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed from the time we receive your parcel. Please note that the value of the ordered goods, net of shipping costs, will be refunded back to the mode of payment originally used to place the order.
